Stay Cool: Ice cream Spots in Abilene
July is National Ice Cream Month! If you are in town for the summer, consider taking a trip with your friends to check out some of Abilene’s fantastic ice cream shops. Here’s a brief catalog of my personal favorite ice cream spots to visit:

Roll Shack: Roll Shack is known for its rolled ice cream, which comes in several delicious flavors. This chain ice cream shop has two locations in Abilene: 2526 Buffalo Gap Road and Roll Shack Downtown (202 Pine St Suite 105).
2 Profs Gourmet Ice cream: Located at 1158 E N 10th Street, 2 Profs offers a wide range of creamy homemade ice cream flavors with very generous servings for a college student friendly price!
Cold Stone Creamery: Cold Stone is another popular location and one of my favorite ice cream chains that offers ice creams, milkshakes, and more.
Baskin Robbins: Baskin Robbins (located in Dunkin’) is a chain restaurant initially widely known for offering exactly 31 different flavors of Ice cream but has now grown to over 1400 flavors.
