Hardin-Simmons University will host the fifty-sixth annual All-School SING competition this week, during the 2018 homecoming festivities. Shows are Friday, October 12 at 6:00 pm and Saturday, October 13 at 8:00 pm in Behrens Auditorium. Tickets are $15 for non-students and $5 for students for both shows. Students and Alumni, alike, can expect a night full of HSU tradition.

On April 2, Hardin-Simmons hosted a conference revolving around working to change big issues like poverty and homelessness. The conference was organized by Texas Christian Community Development Network (TxCCDN), Community Foundation of Abilene, Pioneer Drive Baptist Church, and First Baptist Church of Abilene. The conference’s title was “Community Transformed: Creating Change Through Collaboration” and its purpose was to “collaborate with like-minded leaders to discuss serving our neighbors in need through ministry.”
